晶荷軒首創「湘蓮脆皮燒鵝」(Crystal Lotus launches “Roasted Goose with Lotus Seed”)


       晶荷軒推出全新滋味美食「湘蓮脆皮燒鵝」,由入廚三十多年、現職香港迪士尼樂園度假區行政中廚梁樹華師傅自家調製,風味別樹一幟。大廚精選優質鵝隻配以頂級蓮子,掛進特製的炭爐裏高溫燒烤,成品皮脆有光澤,肉汁多而不帶腥味,讓人一試難忘。

Crystal Lotus proudly launches the brand new dish “Roasted Goose with Lotus Seed”. It is invented by our Executive Sous Chef - Leung Shu Wah who had more than 30 years of experience in Culinary Chinese Cuisine. Our chef selects high quality goose with premium lotus seed and puts them into a specially designed charcoal oven. Roasted at high temperature, the goose comes out shiny with meat juice perfectly locked under the skin.


       「湘蓮脆皮燒鵝」每只售價港幣$698,由2016年2月6日起接受預訂,並同時推出外賣禮盒裝,方便賓客把美味帶回家與親友共嚐。「奇妙處處通」會員購買可獲8折優惠。購買外賣禮盒裝的會員亦可享有優惠價每支港幣$198選購特選紅餐酒或白餐酒(原價港幣$325)。請致電+852 3510-6000預訂或查詢。

“Roasted Goose with Lotus Seed” is available at HK $698 each starting from February 6, 2016. It is also available in takeaway pack so your friends and family can share this delicacy. Magic Access Members are entitled to a 20% discount. What's more? The selected house red or white wine at special price HK $198 nett (original price HK$325) is also applicable to takeaway pack.
